My journey into healthcare began with a solid foundation in pharmaceuticals and healthcare education. However, my heart always gravitated towards elderly care, deeply influenced by the cherished moments I spent caring for my grandparents when I was younger. Those experiences nurtured my compassion and made me realize the profound fulfillment that comes from serving the elderly. Whether I'm sharing a lighthearted laugh or simply being there to listen, my aim is to bring warmth and understanding to every interaction with our residents. My professional roles in regulatory, quality control, and compliance have instilled in me a meticulous attention to detail. This expertise guides me in coordinating care and in training our dedicated staff to offer personalized services to each resident. I am a firm believer in the principles of healthy aging, and with that belief, I've crafted the offerings of Wellnest Care RCFEs, ensuring a holistic environment that prioritizes the well-being of every individual under our care.
